For information from the NGB, England Basketball (EB), refer to the EB website - EB Officials webpage. For the London Region detailed reference informaton is held on the London Association of Basketball Officials (LABO) website. To register with EB, the forms are available on the EB or LABO website. EB provides Pubic Liability and Personal Indemnity Insurance for affiliated Officials (L2 and above) - be sure to complete the Coach's and Officials form. For further benefits provided see the EB Membership webpage. To order official EB clothing or equipment go to Referees /Offcials secton of the EB on-line Shop Catalogue.

| APPOINTMENT of Match Officials
For Basketball Competitions at every level, it is the responsibility of the HOME Team to ensure qualified officials are present for the match. Days before the match the Team Manager / Captain should contact the match officials to confirm the fixture time and location. Most Basketball Leagues have a Technical Secretary to make the initial appointments of basketball Referees for the League fixtures. For EBL senior divisions this is done by Engalnd Basketball (EB) on-line with the EBL fixtures. For the EBL age group divisions as always the home teams are responsble but may be assisted by Regional or Area representatives.
